PRESENT TENSES

A* Present Simple   is / are + Past Participle

 1- Bread is baked here.

 2- His car is repaired on Fridays.

 3- Crude oil is produced by Algeria.

 4- Her cats are fed twice a day.

 5- The Algerian flag is raised every Saturday morning.

 6- The streets are cleaned every day.

 7- This footpath is not used all the time.

 8- Bananas are exported by African countries to Europe.

 9- The elections are won by this political party all the times.

10-The eggs are kept in the fridge.

B*  Present Perfect     have / has  + been + Past Participle

1- Bread has been baked here.

2- I have been accused of  stealing money.

3- My purse has been stolen.

4- The bus fares have been increased again.

5- The political prisoners have been released recently.

6- They have been accused of lying.

7-  A new source of energy has not been discovered yet.

8-  The Olympic winners have been honoured by Nelson Mandela.

9- Several attempts have been made by scientists to find the Loch Ness monster.

10-  A lot of money has been spent by Sofiane at gambling.

    C* Present Continuous      is / Are + being + Past Participle

 1- Bread is being baked here.

 2- A speech is being given by the Prime Minister now.

 3- The multimedia prices are being decreased by computer manufacturers.

 4-  Our communication habits are being changed by Internet.

 5-  Many employees are being sacked this month.

 6-  A  cyber café is being built at the moment.

 7-  Large sums of money are being earned by the footballer, David  Beckham.

 8-  A great software product is being advertised on TV.

 9- The tourists are being led by the guide around the castle.

10- Man’s horizons are being extended by satellites.                                             

D*   Present Tenses          

1- The roof has been destroyed by the storm.

 2- I am being offered a gold ring.

 3- The earth and man are saved by the recycling process from the pollution effects.

 4- Large areas of forest are being destroyed by people.

 5- Money is transferred to my bank account.

 6- The old market  has not been demolished yet.

 7-  I am surprised anyway.
