A Resourceful Site for The Algerian Secondary School English Teachers

   This secondary school booklet, On the Road to Success, is designed so as to meet the expectations if not the needs of the third year students and both P.E.S and P.E.F teachers. It is conceived according to the new Baccalaureate typology of the National Ministry of Education – October 2000 -. Besides, the booklet consists of summaries of the main language points and appropriate activities that a third student ought to master before sitting for the final exam. Consequently, it is a consolidation, a reinforcement of what the student has already learnt in class. It is worth to point out that presenting language forms thoroughly has been one of my concerns. That is, it is not only explaining briefly without any wordiness but also being as systematic as the language permits.

     As for the teachers, they would find new teaching materials, which can be taught according to the needs of their pupils in terms of reviewing the main language exponents and practising a variety of activities throughout the school year.

     As far as I am concerned, if I were to evaluate my work I would qualify it as  a contribution to the cornerstone building of the English teaching in Algeria. In any case, I do not pretend "to reinvent the wheel" but this booklet, I do believe, may provide help for students and teachers without forgetting those who are willing to improve their English.
